Homemade cakes for Infinity Initiatives CIC launch party

Did you know that you can order Koi’s delicious homemade cakes for your own private events and special occasions? And this exactly what we did for the exciting launch party of people of Ashton based charity Infinity Initiatives CIC (Community Interest Group).

Infinity Initiative CIC are a charity based at 217-219 Mossley Road, Ashton-Under-Lyne, Greater Manchester and  are opening a brand new centre in September to support the most vulnerable people living in the local area. The centre will be open from Monday – Friday for both the café and drop in advice, though appointments can also be made by phoning them on 0161 339 6137 or email info@infinitycic.uk

They can provide support in the following areas:
-Debt and finances
-Housing issues
-Family matters /support
-Offending and ASB
-Addiction and recovery
-Employment and skills
-Isolation and lonliness
-1:1 talking therapies

In addition to direct support, they have a range of activities held at the centre with a lot more planned so keep watching their Facebook page to see if there’s anything you’d’ like to get involved in.

Infinity Initiatives CIC Pay As you Feel Cafe

Following a massive refurbishment of the centre, Infinity Initiative CIC created a beautiful cafe for locals and service users to relax and have an affordable healthy meal. They will be working with Marks & Spencers and Tesco to eliminate food waste locally. Using a selection of fresh ingredients and yummy cakes, they aim to provide the very best café experience to everyone on a pay what you can basis. Every single penny will go back into the cafe and will be used to continually improve the service and support those in need whether that be the homeless, families or pensioners.

The cafe will be open  between 11am to 2pm and the menu is relatively simple but you can enjoy homemade soup, fresh bread and a selection of cakes daily with additional specials available some days.

Koi are very proud to support local charities and community initiatives in Greater Manchester. We would like to thank Infinity Initiatives CIC for placing this cake order with us and making us part of your exciting launch event for such a worthwhile cause. Koi hope to continue to support the Pay As You Feel Cafe and would like to with the charity best of luck with all their future work.
