Sam cooks a wide variety of Chinese and other East and South East Asian cuisines, so we are happy to take requests. All recipes can be made vegan. Please enquire and ask for more information through the contact form.
Classes will only go ahead with a minimum of 4 confirmed participants. Ingredients and Equipment lists and the Zoom link will be sent in advance once your payment has been received.
