Sam has cooked and recorded two recipes which have been shared online by The University of Manchester Confucius Institute. These dishes are the Chinese Curry Paste and Char Sui Lo Mein which are popluar Chinese Takeaway and Restaurant foods found all over the world.
With the University switching to online classes only, the preplanned in-person cookery classes could not take place. We decided the next best thing would be to share the recipes online with the step by step instructions and video to show you how you can recreate the meals at home.
Please do check out these recipes if you fanyc recreating your favourite Chinese takeaway meal. All the ingredients can be found in larger supermarkets and the recipes have been designed to be easy to follow for beginners.
